Two protection covers are included with each belt.

The belt is adjustable and exists in 5 different sizes. You have to choose the same size for the belt and the protection cover.

To find the good size, you need to measure your waist size (with clothes on) at the navel and follow the table below:

Do not forget to remove the belt before washing the protection cover.
